Position Summary The Maintenance, Reliability & Systems Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing reliability-centered maintenance strategies while designing, integrating, and optimizing the manufacturing systems and infrastructure that support equipment performance. This role bridges the gap between traditional reliability engineering and industrial systems engineering—owning both the strategic maintenance framework and the technical systems architecture that enables data-driven asset management. The engineer partners closely with maintenance technicians, manufacturing engineering, production teams, and IT/OT stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and system performance.…
