Futurex is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of software/firmware engineers building world-class HSM and Key Management products. You'll be the direct people manager for your team — responsible for their day-to-day performance, growth, and delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll balance people management with enough technical fluency to unblock your team and speak credibly to engineering tradeoffs.
