Primary Function of Position The Systems Engineer Intern will work with a group of talented and dedicated people focused on the development and integration of fiber optic shape sensing in medical robotics. The position will focus on solving systems level problems involving all aspects of the fiber optic shape sensing system and its manufacturing including mechanical, optical, and software aspects. The intern will also work with the development of next generation products. The successful candidate must excel in a small, focused team environment, be able to find solutions to problems from rough requirements and have a commitment to high quality products.…
