RRD is looking for an IT Support Engineer Intern to join our team in our Warrenville, IL office! The internship is scheduled to begin in January 2027 on a part-time basis for the remainder of the academic school year, transitioning to full-time hours during the summer months. THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION. Job Summary The Intern will provide end user computing support to a decentralized user community. He/She will collaborate and participate in the configuration, installation and deployment endpoints including hardware and software as it relates to current refresh initiatives as well as resolution to issues arising with existing fleet of hardware including windows 10 remediation. They will also maintain accurate records of all assets within supported ITSM toolset.…
