Your Impact Axon’s NPI teams develop products that move from initial design to reliable, scalable production. As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II, you will develop and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and factory layouts. You will partner with Design Engineering, NPI, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and manufacturing partners to identify risks early, resolve technical issues, and prepare products and processes for production. This role is ideal for an engineer who thrives on collaborative problem-solving and can independently manage defined manufacturing engineering projects and workstreams while engaging senior engineers when broader technical leadership is needed.…
