About this role: Atria is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our Foundations group — the Platform, DevOps, and Data Engineering teams that the rest of the engineering organization is built on. Foundations exists to accelerate overall engineering throughput via the shared services, infrastructure, and data systems that let product teams ship for members and clinicians without reinventing authentication, caching, EMR data sync, pipelines, or deployments every time. You will own the technical strategy and roadmap across all three teams and be accountable for reliability, security, and delivery across the systems Foundations owns.…
