About this job
Responsible for the analysis, design, and documentation of structural systems for a variety of building and infrastructure projects. Work includes coordination with multi-disciplinary teams, preparation of construction documents, and technical support through design and construction. Responsibilities Conduct equity level Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) in accordance with ASTM E2018, including structural evaluations of commercial, industrial, and multifamily properties. Lead field assessment teams, coordinating inspectors across architectural, structural, MEP, and specialty disciplines. Train and mentor junior inspectors and report writers on building systems, field assessment techniques, and PCA methodology.…
