The Team: The Logistics Projects & Continuous Improvement Team is responsible for the planning, oversight, and execution of key logistics projects and changes. These projects encompass both strategic and tactical objectives and involve the development and implementation of systemic, digital, and physical process enhancements. The team is also responsible for the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Dayton Service Center.
