The Engineer I serves as a senior technical resource responsible for complex repairs, system troubleshooting, and oversight of hotel-wide engineering operations. This role ensures all indoor and outdoor building systems operate efficiently while maintaining guest safety, comfort, and brand standards. Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across Kitchens, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Lead resolution of complex maintenance issues affecting guest rooms and property operations Ensure all guest rooms, suites, and public areas meet brand standards and guest expectations Oversee preventative maintenance programs across indoor and outdoor facilities Maintain and troubleshoot exterior systems including courtyards, pool equipment, irrigation, drainage, and lighting systems…
