Sales Engineer, January Start

We’re hiring a Sales Engineer to join our team in Vancouver, WA. This position would start in early January. Our sales approach is consultative and relationship based, you’ll get to know the people who make energy decisions at their facilities, learn what what they actually need, and build trust that turns into long-term partnerships. You’ll find new business and move deals from first conversation to signed contract with a sense of urgency while supporting accurate forecasting through HubSpot pipeline ownership. The deals are big, and top performers have real room to grow their earnings with absolutely no commission caps or decelerators. This position has a first-year base salary of $100,000 and an expected OTE of $125,000 - $175,000.…
