H&H is seeking a Drainage Design Chief Engineer / Group Leader with at least fifteen years of professional experience to join our transportation team in Tampa, Florida. This position will lead the Drainage Group for our Florida operations and play a key role in expanding the service line. The role includes oversight of drainage design and stormwater permitting services for FDOT, Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, municipal clients, and the Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority. Additional responsibilities include strategic marketing initiatives and business development with existing and new clients.
