The Automation Engineer is responsible for the design, programming, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial automation and control systems. This position provides technical expertise for Allen-Bradley and Siemens control platforms, including PLCs, HMIs, programming logic, industrial communication networks, and associated peripheral devices. The Automation Engineer will develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI programs to support equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and system improvements. Responsibilities include diagnosing automation and controls issues, reviewing and modifying programming logic, supporting system upgrades, integrating new equipment, and assisting with commissioning and startup activities.…
