The Senior Manager, IT Engineering will lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of Motive’s global IT engineering capabilities. This role will translate functional objectives into reliable, scalable, and secure solutions across infrastructure, networks, systems, and automation while leading complex initiatives across multiple teams. You will report into Austin Karr (Global Head of IT). This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, Austin, Seattle, or Nashville. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong people leadership and sound business judgment.
