WHAT YOU’LL DO Coordinate with the manufacturing and engineering teams for all of Mechanical Subsystems, including: propulsion, hydraulic systems, fuel systems, landing gear, and systems integration Evaluate nonconforming mechanical hardware and components on fielded and in-production Group 5 air vehicles, and determine engineering dispositions that restore airworthiness and function Generate clear, traceable MRB dispositions — including rework instructions and repair solutions — for mechanical subsystems, actuation, and structural-mechanical interfaces Review and interpret CAD models, 2D drawings, GD&T, and tolerance stack-ups to assess fit, function, and manufacturability impacts of non-conformances Identify acceptable alternate components for obsolete parts Perform structural and…
