WSP is currently initiating a search for a Full-Time Early Career Civil Engineer (Transmission) for our Freeport, Maine office. Be involved in projects with our Overhead Transmission Line Design Team and be a part of a growing organization that meets our clients' objectives and solves their challenges. Take part in the technical design of overhead transmission lines, including structure design, foundation design, wire selection, line routing, hardware/material specifications, and construction support. This Opportunity Tasks may include, but are not limited to, line modeling (structures and wires), structural design and analysis of varying materials, wire sag and tension analysis, concrete foundation design, material procurement support, and construction drawing development.…
