General Job Description Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering (PTME) seeks a motivated professional to drive quality robustness across our engineering factory. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in quality deliverables including PFMEAs, Control Plans, error-proofing strategies, engineering standards, and new program launch requirements. They will lead efforts to improve and maximize equipment and process performance for existing manufacturing systems in the machining, assembly and test operations. They may support PTME launch teams through coaching, training, technical deep dives, and enhancements to engineering standards. Additionally, they will collaborate with global teams to resolve powertrain launch quality concerns and execute continuous improvement initiatives.…
