This role is ideal for experienced engineering technicians who enjoy both leading teams and working hands-on with electronics and hardware. You'll lead and manage a team of support specialists, drive continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot electronic systems down to the component level, and play a key role in testing, validation, and product development activities.
