ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton’s Hardware team builds the next generation of connected fitness devices while powering the continuous growth of our existing product line. Reporting directly to the Director of Mechanical Engineering, you will recruit, guide, and elevate a high-performing team of mechanical engineers. You’ll bridge technical rigor with empathetic leadership—fostering a culture of innovation, driving best-in-class engineering standards, and collaborating across Electrical, Firmware, Quality, Operations, and Industrial Design to bring complex, high-impact products from concept to customer hands.
