We’re seeking a Production Services Application Support professional to join our Digital Asset production Services team in New York. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Design and implement the organization’s Dynatrace observability strategy across applications, infrastructure, Kubernetes, databases, and cloud services. Develop AI observability capabilities to monitor AI applications, models, agents, prompts, dependencies, performance, reliability, and operational health. Implement distributed tracing and end-to-end transaction monitoring to identify performance bottlenecks, service dependencies, and root causes across complex environments.…
