JOB OVERVIEW The Manufacturing Engineering Manager leads all ship disciplines — piping/HVAC, electrical, structural, propulsion/machinery, paint and coatings, accuracy control, and outfitting — through the detail planning activities that turn ship designs into buildable work at Port Alpha. In the near term, this role is hands-on and build-critical: owning the conversion of the Engineering Bill of Material (EBOM) into the Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM) and building the manufacturing plan inside Saronic's MES system for the first ship program.…
