ABOUT THE JOB As a Product Operations Engineer on the Counter-Intrusion product operations team, you will be the architect behind how we observe, maintain, and evolve our deployed fleet. Where others respond to incidents, you build the systems, queries, and processes that prevent them. You will design and develop uptime reporting, plan and execute software deployments to towers, create and refine monitoring solutions for both new and legacy products, and author the runbooks and SOPs that the broader team relies on daily. You will own the operational tooling, reporting infrastructure, and deployment processes that keep our Counter-Intrusion technology healthy at scale.…
