Sr Engineering Assembly Associate

About this job

As a Senior Engineering Associate at Honeywell Aerospace, you will support Honeywell Operating System (HOA) initiatives and drive continuous improvement (CI) efforts across operations. You will conduct 5S audits, demonstrate a strong understanding of the Responsible Performance System (RPS), and utilize visual management tools to effectively manage production cells and escalate issues as needed. You will apply Built-in Quality (BIQ), Thought Process Maps (TPM), and other HOA tools, skills, and methodologies in alignment with HOA Development guidelines to enhance operational performance and process excellence. You will report directly to our Sr. Engineering Manager, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ. location on an on-site schedule.…
