The Engineering Process Excellence Leader is responsible for developing and executing the engineering tools, systems, automation, and productivity strategy for the Engineering organization. This position leads the administration, governance, integration, and continuous improvement of engineering platforms, including SolidWorks, Product Data Management systems, Enterprise Resource Planning interfaces, engineering automation applications, reporting tools, and emerging Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI capabilities. This role drives engineering efficiency by standardizing workflows, improving engineering data quality, reducing non-value-added work, automating repeatable activities, and applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.…
