YOUR TASKS Drives continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes, resolving production and quality issues, implementing sustainable solutions, and collaborating across teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Analyze workflows to identify improvement areas in the process Drive change initiatives utilizing cross-functional team collaboration and lean manufacturing principles to effect lasting process advancements Develop and upkeep aids such as process alerts, work instructions, and one-point lessons Identify process problems and own their resolutions to increase production output, including root cause analysis and data reporting to department Analyze capital expenditures and project designs to find cost cutting and investment…
