Role Overview As Cresta’s Growth Engineer, you'll own the systems behind how Cresta shows up on the internet. In this role, you will own the technical decisions behind cresta.com and help shape how Cresta puts its own AI agents to work for marketing use cases. You'll architect and build our web platform, create the tooling that lets marketers ship without an engineer in the loop, and develop custom AI agents on Cresta's platform. This position requires strong engineering fundamentals, high agency, and the ability to go deep in an unfamiliar domain quickly.
