Manage the quality of the F-150 Raptor to meet the customer requirements with cross-functional team of Dearborn Truck Plant team members, Ford Racing Engineers and the Supplier Partners. You will use data driving methods to problem solve issues as they arise to deliver a high-quality F-150 Raptor and Raptor R. What you'll do... Lead daily claims report for both Ford Racing and vehicle assembly plant (PVT) Lead weekly Quality PAT forums along with managing R/1000 and CPU reports for a specific vehicle(s) Support daily assembly plant PIC room / Whiteboard / FCPA reviews Support daily GQRS and warranty claims binning, which may require interfacing with dealership technicians Lead Analytical Warranty System (AWS) and Early Claims Binning (ECB) claims analysis Manage IRIS/SIMPSN tickets and…
