In this role… This role provides engineering leadership and technical direction to skilled trades and maintenance personnel across all aspects of asset management, including asset availability (Mean Time to Repair and Mean Time Between Failure), cycle-time optimization, preventive maintenance, and predictive and condition-based monitoring technologies. What you'll do… Conduct program planning activities and evaluate the labor impact of current and future vehicle programs. Partner with cross-functional teams to assess new program content, complete labor allocations, and perform MODAPTS time studies to establish accurate cycle times and labor standards.…
