In this role you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing product development programs within the propulsion team. You will work with partners across the organization to gather requirements and ensure timely sharing of critical information at product launch and throughout its development. This role requires a high energy individual, strong leadership and organizational skills, knowledge of aerospace development and manufacturing processes, and the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various departments.
