The Senior Field Service Engineer for Leica Biosystems is responsible for providing advanced technical expertise, escalation support, and field leadership across Leica Biosystems diagnostic solutions. This role serves as a trusted technical resource to customers and internal teams, driving optimal instrument performance, maximizing customer uptime, and contributing to continuous improvement across the service organization. This position is part of the Service Organization and will work remotely within the assigned territory.
