About this job

We are seeking an Engineering Manager for our Business Technology area who will lead the engineering efforts that power Garner’s internal customer support engine. This role reports to the VP of Platform Engineering and is critical to ensuring our internal employee-facing systems scale seamlessly as we enter our next phase of hyper-growth. You will be responsible for the technical vision and execution that allows Garner to maintain its industry-leading efficiency while supporting a rapidly expanding employee base. Where you will work: This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.…
