THE ROLE As a Technical Program Manager within our Manufacturing Test Engineering Development team, you will provide single-threaded test program ownership of L6 and L10 testing for NPI, sustaining production, qualifications, and test strategy. While the Operations PM owns the factory and schedule, you own test engineering readiness against that schedule, ensuring test engineering is never the surprise at a gate review. You will differentiate this role by translating build milestones into test deliverables at each assembly level, and feeding real constraints back into planning to empower engineers to focus on technical execution.
