We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, Distinguished Engineer, Quality Engineering to join our team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Define and evolve BNY’s enterprise Quality Engineering strategy, standards, roadmap, and governance model. Drive modernization of test automation, test architecture, non-functional testing, and quality practices across the software development lifecycle. Establish data-driven quality metrics, including test effectiveness, defect escape rates, coverage confidence, feedback cycle times, and overall engineering quality indicators. Develop and scale a Quality Maturity Framework and Quality Champion network to drive adoption across engineering teams.…
