About the role As an Operations Engineer on the Netskope NewEdge Government (NNG) team, you'll be the go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly. You'll handle planned maintenance and troubleshoot application or infrastructure issues in our government-accredited environments. Your main goal? Make sure we stick to high standards and maximize uptime for our customers. You'll work closely with team members across different fields to plan, schedule, carry out, and check production changes. If you have great attention to detail and love taking ambiguous problems and turning them into clear, smooth processes, you'll fit right in!
