Redwood Materials is looking for a best-in-class electronics Supplier Industrialization Engineer (SIE) to help scale our printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) suppliers to meet our aggressive production ramp schedules for our novel energy generation product. This is a fully on-site role at the San Francisco R&D Space, with 30% international travel to supplier and CM sites. You will be responsible for ensuring all parts provided by your suppliers meet dimensional, functional, and reliability requirements. You will support ramping suppliers with detailed capacity analysis, process approvals, part qualifications, NPI builds, and ongoing supplier performance and audits.
