Manufacturing Process Engineer

About this job

This position will be a part of an agile team implementing standardized engineering solutions for machining equipment. They will have responsibility for process design, layout, ergonomics, safety and productivity. The engineer will be working closely with my teams to deliver new programs. This includes OEMs, Plant Production Teams, Launch, gauging, tooling, and controls. Support development and implementation of Crankshafts, Gears and related Round Parts manufacturing systems for new powertrain programs in Michigan, Ohio, and Ontario, Canada. Utilize machining process knowledge, particularly steel and iron metal cutting and grinding to deliver an efficient and optimized process regarding quality, costs, timing, and footprint.…
