Senior Process Engineer / VP

The Senior Process Engineer will support HR in designing and re-engineering end-to-end processes to improve employee and manager experience, simplify operations, strengthen controls, reduce risk, and deliver measurable efficiencies. This individual contributor role partners with process owners, project managers, Technology, AI specialists, Controls, and other stakeholders to analyze current-state processes and design effective future-state solutions. Responsibilities: Lead process re-engineering efforts, including current-state analysis, identification of pain points and root causes, and design of simplified future-state processes.
