The Applications Engineering Manager leads the technical support function for Pressure Management products while promoting profitable sales growth and serving as a strategic liaison between the sales channel and the Company. Based in Stafford, Texas, this role combines strong product and application expertise with a commercial mindset to help the organization identify opportunities, develop differentiated solutions, quote effectively, and win business. The manager enables the Applications Engineering team through clear priorities, effective tools and processes, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to provide timely, high-quality support that improves the customer experience and advances company growth objectives.
