Ability to complete an in-person co-op in one of our offices in winter 2027. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior internship experience and/or leadership on a collegiate project team or laboratory. Demonstrated hands-on fabrication skills. Exposure to test plan development, test data acquisition, data analysis, and failure analysis techniques Exposure to reliability analysis techniques, such as FMEA/FMECA, predictive modeling, Weibull analysis, and Fault Tree Analysis Technical writing experience developing standards, specifications, user guides, and policies Collegiate project team, machine shop, or laboratory experience. High competence with, and fluid use of, engineering first principles.…
