An overview of this role You'll lead GitLab's Dedicated Infrastructure team, combining hands-on technical leadership with team development. Working with the team's Product Manager, you'll balance delivery speed and quality, guide architecture decisions, and lead the team through incidents. You'll demonstrate ideas through proofs of concept, give team members meaningful feedback, and use data to make prioritization and risk decisions. What you’ll do Partner with the team's Product Manager to set clear priorities and deliver with quality and speed. Maintain at least 99.9% availability for Dedicated infrastructure, strengthen security, and automate operations to support more tenants at scale.…
