The Collaboration Services Engineer is responsible for the engineering, deployment, administration, support, and continuous improvement of collaboration technology across Trane Technologies. The primary focus of this role is Microsoft Teams Rooms, conference-room audio/video systems, and enterprise digital signage. This role translates business and user needs into reliable, secure, and supportable solutions. The engineer works closely with IT infrastructure, networking, security, service operations, business stakeholders, site teams, installation partners, and managed service providers to deliver consistent experiences across the enterprise.…
