About this job

Position Summary Responsible for identifying the equipment, tooling, and processes required to manufacture specialty copper and fiber optic cables. This role plans and directs process development while maintaining manufacturing specifications and standards. It also requires troubleshooting production issues across all shifts and implementing corrective actions to ensure consistent operational performance. Responsibilities: Develop and improve overall process related issues. Design and maintenance of tools and dies. Equipment and compound troubleshooting. Coordinate assigned experimental production (XP’s) products. Develop and maintain technical manufacturing instructions (T.M.’s). Develop and maintain work instructions and procedures.…
