The User Life Cycle team owns how people discover Roblox, become active, and stay engaged over time. Growth and Marketing are central to that journey, and the quality of our data determines how well we can invest: which channels bring in people who stay, which campaigns actually move the needle, and where people drop out of the funnel. As a Senior Data Engineer embedded in Growth Org, you will build the data foundation behind our marketing measurement and growth flywheel. That includes the pipelines and models that power Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), multi-touch and incrementality-based attribution, and end-to-end funnel analytics from first touch to long-term retention.…
