The Sr Engineering PMO Lead - Operation & Analytics serves as a strategic partner to Project Management leadership and Engineering stakeholders, improving portfolio visibility, governance, resource planning, reporting, and organizational maturity across the engineering portfolio. The position leads PMO process improvement initiatives, develops executive portfolio reporting and performance metrics, supports portfolio governance and capacity planning, and enables data-driven decision making across Engineering, Software, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Clinical, and Product Management. This position reports to the VP, Project Management and is part of the Engineering department located in Irvine, CA and will be an on-site role.…
