We are looking for a hands-on, safety-driven Equipment Technician/Engineer to join our Organosilanes (OS) Group and take ownership of tool reliability, lab safety, and facilities support systems in our Tempe, AZ electronics R&D lab. This fast-paced, hands-on role will thrive in a changing R&D setting while working cooperatively with others toward common goals. The candidate will spend the bulk of the workday on-site in a laboratory or cleanroom environment, resolving issues independently with outside resources available as needed, while championing a strong safety culture across the group.
