This Associate Support Engineer - TRACE supports HVAC solutions through the customer support, testing, and commercialization of cutting-edge commercial building HVAC design & simulation software as part of the Trane Customer Driven Solutions (C.D.S.) support team. What you will do: Provide direct Technical Support to Engineering and Contractor customers using TRACE and other CDS tools Assist with Product Development of TRACE by providing input to requirements, feeding VOC pipeline through support channels, etc. Assist with training internal and external customers on new or yet to be released features Learn about CDS products, grow in technical knowledge Collaborate with the CDS Sales team on initiatives to improve the customer experience Assist with special projects within the department…
