Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for Capital coordination for high pressure gasoline pumps and fuel injectors. Coordinate audit activities including preparation for, completion of, and closing of open points stemming from fixed asset audits. Plan upcoming releases by participating as manufacturing contact in planning meetings, coordinating required builds, and line preparation with department and MFE team. Facilitate RFQ process between MFE, internal purchasing, and machinery suppliers. Plan and execute capital equipment (MAE) acquisition (coordination of purchase order) including initial justification including total cost calculation, quotation, MAR process and calculating payback period. Manage cross-functional teams to align and approve equipment acquisition and retirement.…
