Team The ServiceNow Release Management team within our Digital Technology Operations department is a group of talented and energetic individuals. The team works closely with application developers, product owners, internal users/employees, and other stakeholders to maintain the health of critical ServiceNow platforms and related systems. Role We are seeking an engineer to execute platform administration responsibilities across ServiceNow and SAP. Core objectives are supporting internal stakeholders, troubleshooting issues, providing training, and fulfilling requests with a high level of service and continuous improvement.
