The Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer is the technical authority for Drive Unit and Metals commodities, reporting to the Supplier Industrialization Manager, Drive Unit & Metals. This role exists to ensure suppliers can industrialize complex powertrain components from concept development through launch and mass production. You will own supplier manufacturing strategy, process validation, launch readiness, capacity assurance, and risk mitigation across castings, forgings, machined parts, gears, rotor and stator components, motor housings, and drive unit assemblies. In your first 12 months, success will be reflected in on-time APQP milestones and PPAP approvals, production-ready tooling and capacity, strong launch quality, effective issue closure, and suppliers capable of supporting…
