We are seeking a Staff Supplier Industrialization Engineer to lead the industrialization of exterior trim systems from early design development through production launch and sustained manufacturing performance. This staff-level individual contributor will provide technical leadership across supplier selection, manufacturing feasibility, tooling readiness, Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), capacity validation, and issue resolution. You will influence product and process decisions across internal teams and supplier organizations, while developing scalable standards and control strategies for complex exterior components.…
