As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, your role will lead development, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing or operational processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. This role manages a team of process engineers, drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports new products or process introduction, and partners cross-functionally with operations, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and leadership teams to achieve business goals. What you will do: Lead, coach, and develop a team of process engineers and technical specialists. Drive process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, throughput, and cost reduction.
